NightSky Help

NightSky is a unique educational tool to help combat light polution in our cities by allowing you to view the celestial sphere at any time and anywhere!

There are 5 display screen formats:

Equatorial
Polar - North
Polar - South
Sky
Horizon

5 option pages to manage the data on the display screens:

Constellations
Stars
Planets
Sun/Moon
Scale

2 Set-up menus:

GPS SetUp. - configure NightSky for use with your GPS.
Time - Setup time and manually select location.

Files - alternative data files may be downloaded to aid performance.

Registration

A valid registration key must be purchased and entered into the box on the start up screen to disable the trial limitations.

System Requirements

Windows Mobile based Pocket PC (Windows Moble 2003, 5 or 6).

A GPS receiver is not essential, but NightSky does connect to a NMEA0183 compatible receiver should you require accurate time and position.
