Imagine driving around space in your sub-orbital shuttle, where the speed of light is limited to 100kph...
SubOrbital is a navigational game designed to promote smooth, economical driving style.
At start, select the amount of fuel for your journey then the app reduces the fuel level according to the distance and how hard you drive.
There are four control panels-
- Drive panel showing drive thrust levels and gauges for battery, % light speed, fuel and drive temperature.
- Head-Up display of the universe with real positioning of the sun, moon, planets and stars based on data received from the inbuilt GPS. HUD also includes speed, heading, altitude and G-force.
- Communication panel to control input from your iPod and email situation reports to Head Quarters.
- Main flight map display.
Other features include:
- Alarms for low fuel or battery and over temperature.
- Proton blaster to help out in sticky situations. Be warned - proton blaster stops working if all fuel is used.
- Faster than light star view when travelling faster than 100kph (about 60mph).
- Select metric or imperial units for speed and height.
- High quility audio effects.
